How do I place an order?
Choose your portrait type, upload your pet’s photo, describe your idea, and complete checkout. We take it from there.
How long does it take?
Digital portraits are usually delivered within 1–3 days. Prints and framed pieces take longer depending on production and shipping.
Do you use templates?
No. Every portrait is created from scratch by real artists. We never reuse backgrounds, layouts, or generic templates.
Can I request any style or idea?
Yes — from football scenes to fantasy worlds to minimalist portraits. If you can imagine it, we can create it.
PHOTOS & UPLOADS
What kind of photo works best?
Clear, front facing photos with good lighting. Avoid blurry images or heavy filters.
Can I upload more than one photo?
Yes — you can upload multiple photos for reference.
Can you combine pets from different photos?
Yes. Upload each photo and tell us how you’d like them arranged.
REVISIONS & APPROVAL
Do I get to approve the artwork?
Yes. You’ll receive a preview to approve before anything is final.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes — every order includes one free revision. Additional revisions can be requested if needed.
What if I don’t like the artwork?
We’ll work with you to adjust it. Our goal is for you to love the final piece.

What do I receive with a digital portrait?

Do you offer prints?
Yes — museum grade prints on archival paper.
