YOUR SATISFACTION MATTERS

Every portrait includes one complimentary revision.

If something needs adjusting - such as colours, expression or background details - we'll make those changes with care. Further revisions can be requested for a small additional fee.

APPROVE BEFORE WE FINALISE

You'll receive a preview of your portrait before it is finalised. Nothing sent to print or delivered digitally until you have approved your design.

This gives you the chance to make use of your included revision before we finish your portrait.

DIGITAL PORTRAITS

As digital portraits are custom-made, they are non-refundable once approved and delivered.

Your complimentary revision is included before final approval to help make sure you're happy with your portrait.

PRINTS & FRAMES

Prints and framed portraits are made to order especially for you.

Returns or replacements are available only in the rare case of:

  • Damage during shipping
  • Production defects
  • Incorrect item received

WHAT TO DO

If there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos where possible. We’ll resolve it quickly and professionally.
