YOUR SATISFACTION MATTERS

Every portrait includes one complimentary revision.

If something feels slightly off — colors, expression, or background details — we’ll adjust it with care. If you’d like further changes beyond the included revision, we can accommodate them for a small additional fee.

APPROVE BEFORE WE FINALISE

You’ll receive a preview of your artwork before anything is final. Nothing is printed or delivered until you approve the design.

This helps ensure your portrait feels exactly right before production begins.

DIGITAL PORTRAITS

Because digital portraits are custom made and delivered electronically, they are non-refundable once approved.

However, we will always honour your included revision to help ensure you’re happy with the final artwork

PRINTS & FRAMES

Printed and framed portraits are produced individually for each customer.

Returns or replacements are available only in the rare case of:

  • Damage during shipping
  • Production defects
  • Incorrect item received

WHAT TO DO

If there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos where possible. We’ll resolve it quickly and professionally.

IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we’ll replace it at no additional cost.
